Action Taken Upon Receipt

Once a valid DMCA notice is received:

  • We will review the claim carefully.
  • The allegedly infringing content may be removed or disabled.
  • The content owner may be notified about the takedown.

PVAbee reserves the right to remove content without prior notice if we believe it violates copyright laws.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification containing:

  • Identification of the removed content and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and contact information.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Valid counter-notifications should be sent to support@pvabee.com.

Repeat Infringers

PVAbee may, at its sole discretion, terminate access or services to users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
