At PVAbee, customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. This Refund & Replacement Policy explains how refunds or replacements are handled for our Phone Verified Accounts (PVA). Placing an order with https://pvabee.com/ means you agree to the policy described below.

Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on PVAbee are digital goods. Once the account details are delivered, they cannot be returned in person. Due to the sensitive nature of PVA accounts, refunds and replacements are limited and conditional.

 First Login Issue (Important)

If you face any issue during the first login, such as:

  • Account not opening.
  • Incorrect login details.
  • Access issues at first use.

Please contact our support team immediately within the allowed time period.

Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved and the customer insists, a refund may be issued (only before successful login).

After successful login, refunds or replacements are not available.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The account is not working at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect or inaccessible account details were provided.

The issue is reported within the time limit mentioned on the product page (usually 12–24 hours).

How to Request a Replacement

  • Contact our support team with clear proof (screenshots or screen recording).
  • Do not change the password, email, phone number, or recovery details.
  • Do not log in repeatedly before reporting the issue.

If the issue is verified, a replacement account will be provided.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only if:

  • A replacement is not possible.
  • The issue is clearly caused by our service.
  • The request is made within the allowed claim period.
  • The issue occurred before a successful login.

Once approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method, if possible.

No Refund / No Replacement Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Platform rules or policies were violated.
  • The account was working on delivery, but later got banned or restricted.
  • You logged in successfully and used the account.
  • You changed account details (password, email, phone, recovery info).
  • The account was used with bots, automation tools, or suspicious activity.
  • Issues occurred due to VPNs, proxies, IP change, or location mismatch.
  • The platform asked for re-verification or extra security checks.
  • The issue was reported after the allowed time.

Buyer Responsibility

  • Once the account is delivered and logged in, full responsibility transfers to the buyer.
  • PVAbee does not control third-party platforms or their security systems.
  • We cannot guarantee that any account will remain valid forever.
  • Safe usage, proper login practices, and compliance with platform rules are the buyer’s responsibility.

Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to:

  • Submit fake or edited proof.
  • Abuse the refund or replacement system.
  • Reuse old account data.
  • Make false claims.

Such actions can result in the order being canceled without refund and permanent service suspension.
